Service Description
We deliver a comprehensive two-day First Aid Certification course designed to equip participants with the knowledge, confidence, & practical skills needed to respond to medical emergencies. This course covers essential topics such as CPR, AED use, wound care, choking response, medical emergencies, & injury management through a balance of theory & hands-on practice. Our training focuses on real-world scenarios to help you act quickly & effectively in emergencies, whether at work, home, or in public settings. This course is ideal for workplace requirements, personal preparedness, & professional development. Participants may choose to receive a Red Cross certificate for an additional cost of $22.50 CAD.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be completed in advance through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the course. A minimum of 8 participants is required for a class to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be rescheduled or cancelled. In such cases, we will notify participants as early as possible and make every reasonable effort to accommodate an alternate date. Class schedules are subject to change based on demand. If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative, a refund will be processed. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted in advance by contacting us. Participants are expected to arrive on time and attend the full course to be eligible for certification or recertification. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
